All transcript requests must be made in writing; an emailed request will not be accepted. Please include the following information in your request.

  • Full name while attending Menlo College
  • Social security number
  • Date of birth
  • Dates of attendance or graduation
  • Current address, phone number, and email address
  • Number of official/unofficial transcripts requested
  • Complete address(es) where to mail the transcripts
  • Signature and date

Once the written request is received, it is processed and mailed out within 5 working days. During peak periods, processing time will be longer. You may pay an additional $20 fee to have your request processed within 24 hours.

Send the request with check, money order, or Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date to:

You may fax your transcript request to 650-543-4103. If you fax your request, you must provide a Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date to pay for the transcript fee(s).

If there is a "Financial Hold" on your record, your transcript request will not be processed and you will be notified.
