At Menlo College, we make it possible to earn your bachelor’s and master’s degrees in just four years, saving you time, money, and giving you a head start on your career. Our 3+1 program is built for ambitious students who want to accelerate their education and graduate with a competitive edge. Whether you're a first-year student, transfer student, or international student, this program puts your goals within reach.

How It Works:

Year 1–3: Complete your bachelor’s degree in business or psychology by taking:

16 units in fall
1 course (3 units) in intersession
19 units in spring
A 6-unit internship in summer after Year 2

Year 4: Complete your master’s degree in:

MSIS (Master of Science in Information Systems) – a STEM-designated program
MSFT (Master of Science in Finance and Technology)

What majors are eligible?
Business and Psychology majors are eligible for the undergraduate portion. Graduate options include MSIS (STEM-designated) and MSFT.

Can I still do internships?
Yes! A 6-unit summer internship is built into the plan and supported by our Career Services team.

How do transfer students qualify?
Depending on your credits, transfer students may enter directly into the accelerated path and complete both degrees in two years.
