Elevate your career in sports by completing the following courses required for Sports Management majors:
- SMG 250: Introduction to Sports Management
- SMG 307: Research Methods in Sports Management
- SMG 308: Sports Analytics
- SMG 402/MKT 402: Marketing & Advertising in the Sports Industry
Required internship courses (6 units)
Gain hands-on experience with a required internship and courses associated with that experience:
- MGT 300: Exploring Menlo Pathways (1 unit)*
- MGT 301: Internship Preparation (1 unit)
- INT 499: Internship in Major Field (4 units) (Completed in the Summer)
*Can be waived for transfer students.
Elective courses (12 units)
Choose three elective courses to deepen your expertise in Sports Organizational Issues:
