Faten Ben Bouheni is an Assistant Professor of Finance and Real Estate at Menlo College in California. Faten Ben Bouheni holds a Ph.D in Finance from Telecom Ecole de Management, and a Research Accreditation [Habilitation à Diriger les Recherches] from the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers in France.
Previously, she was an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Menlo College, a Lecturer of Finance at San Francisco State University, a Visiting Professor of Finance at San Diego State University, and an Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting, and a Head of International Research at ISC Business School in France.
Dr. Ben Bouheni is a member of the Financial Management Association [FMA], the American Finance Association [AFA] and the American Real Estate Society [ARES]. Her research focuses on risk-return trade-offs with special emphasis on investment decisions and influence factors. Her ongoing research covers Fintech and Real Estate Market.
