The history of humanity is defined by a series of revolutions. Each has been defined by a transition to a new societal order. Each brought disruption and the transitions were seldom smooth. Today, we are in the opening years of yet another revolution, a fourth industrial revolution. Our world, organizations and personal lives are being transformed by the impact of a fourth industrial revolution. In this course, we will explore the human, organizational, and technological scope of the disruptive changes underway and what the implications may mean to each of us as individuals and as leaders.
