INSY 598 A: Cybersecurity Fundamentals
Unit(s): 3
The course introduces the fundamentals of cybersecurity. It is the foundational course that will enable the student to build entry-level practical cybersecurity skills in subsequent courses that can then be implemented in the workplace. Upon completing this course, students will understand the basic concepts of cybersecurity including a historical perspective and a view of the state-of-the-art in the industry today.
