Bonnie Tomei is a California licensed certified public accountant with over 20 years of corporate finance experience with 20 plus M&A transactions completed. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Salience Labs, a photonic semiconductor company and previously held CFO, Chief Strategy Officer, other senior finance executive positions, board member of private and public companies. Ms. Tomei was the Women CFO of the Year, 2023, FEI Silicon Valley Chapter. Ms. Tomei enjoys golfing, being a life long learner and making contributions to her community.
