Dr. Wylie earned her Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership and Management from Walden University, building on a strong academic foundation that includes an MPA in Health Services Administration from the University of San Francisco and a BA in History from UCLA. Her career spans a range of roles in both on-site and online learning environments, with a consistent focus on student success, inclusive pedagogy, and academic innovation.
A proven changemaker, Dr. Wylie has led major initiatives including launching a fully online MPH program, developing career and alumni engagement groups, and designing equity-focused training for faculty and students alike. As Assistant Dean at Chamberlain University, she spearheaded efforts to expand online student support nationwide, increasing access to tutoring and mentorship for over 1,300 students. Her efforts have earned her multiple accolades, including the Adtalem Excellence Award and Faculty Engagement Award.
Currently serving as a consultant through MPW Consulting and as an adjunct professor at Menlo College, Dr. Wylie continues to shape the future of higher education. Her work is marked by a commitment to equity, collaboration, and empowerment—values she upholds through ongoing committee service, leadership advisory roles, and mentorship.
