Mahreen has called the Bay Area home for over 20 years and brings two decades of experience in multifamily property management. She currently serves as a Regional Manager at Woodmont Real Estate Services, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of apartment communities, including both stabilized and affordable housing assets—across six counties in the Bay Area. Her work focuses on operational excellence, team development, and strategic initiatives that drive NOI growth and enhance resident satisfaction.
In addition to her professional role, Mahreen teaches Principles of Real Estate, where she incorporates local case studies to help students understand key concepts in financial analysis and asset valuation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Fordham University. Passionate about education and mentorship, she is dedicated to preparing the next generation of real estate professionals.
Outside of the classroom and office, Mahreen is an avid reader of biographies, particularly political ones and a lifelong history fan. She enjoys long walks, traveling, dancing, and Bollywood music and films. Her favorite destination to date is Dubai. A dedicated member of Orangetheory Fitness, she has completed over 400 classes and was recognized as a member of the month in 2024. Mahreen also enjoys watching sports, especially soccer, basketball, and cricket.
