Born and raised in California’s Central Valley, Logan Avina-Barajas is developing a career at the intersection of student development, community standards, and higher education leadership. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a Master of Science in Information Systems, Logan transitioned directly into professional residence life and now serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life & Community Standards at Menlo College.
In this role, Logan oversees student conduct processes, supervises Community Advisors, and develops initiatives that foster student success, with a focus on career readiness and personal development. His professional interests include student leadership training and leveraging technology and data-driven approaches to enhance the residential experience.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys staying active through pickleball, exploring the Bay Area’s food and coffee scene, cheering on the Las Vegas Raiders, and spending time with family.
