A college education is one of the most important investments you and your family will make. At Menlo College, we are dedicated to making that investment affordable. With an average financial aid package of $36,000 per year, 99% of our students receive some form of assistance—whether through merit-based scholarships, grants, low-interest loans, or on-campus work opportunities. Please note: The information on this page applies to undergraduate students. Graduate student tuition information can be found on individual graduate program pages.
We strongly encourage you to use our Net Price Calculator (NPC) to see how much you may qualify for. The NPC will provide an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs, and many students are pleasantly surprised at how affordable a Menlo education can be.
For a personalized estimate or if you have questions, our Financial Aid Office is here to help. You can schedule a call with our team here. We’re happy to guide you through the options available and help make Menlo a reality for you.
*The Student Fee covers services that benefit students, but which are complementary to, not part of, instructional programs. The fee is part of the cost of attendance at Menlo College, and is mandatory for all registered students.
**The On-Campus Food and Housing cost is a weighted average of all room type occupancy costs.
***Based on the CSAC Student Expense Budget.
****Loan fees included for federal loan borrowers only.
Additionally, a health insurance fee may apply to full-time students who do not have qualifying health insurance, did not submit a waiver, or who are international students. The fee for 2024-25 will be $3079 ($1539.50/semester).
Please contact us if you are interested in information about the costs for summer attendance.
All fees shown above are subject to change.
Note that meal plans are required for each residential student. Meal plan charges are included in the on-campus food and housing costs shown above. Learn more about our residence halls and meal plans.
Additionally, a health insurance fee will apply to full-time international students.
Each year thousands of college students are unable to complete classes for the semester due to unforeseen medical issues such as illness, accidents, or mental health-related issues. An optional insurance program is available to help refund your tuition, fees, and room/board charges (up to the annual policy limits) if you are unable to complete the semester due to a covered medical reason. This insurance program complements and enhances Menlo College’s refund policy. Visit GradGuard™ for additional information.
