The Human Resources Management/People Operations Minor degree is open to students of all majors. The skill set to functionally manage relationships, attract, qualify, select, and design onboarding systems for top level talent, and to design and foster professional and psychologically safe work environments, will remain paramount. The HRM minor will include strategic HR management and best employment practices, industrial organizational psychology, and organizational development, as well as competitive compensation and motivational strategies to optimize employee performance and individual/organizational ROI and deliver on value. Students who earn the minor will be more strategically positioned to accept and excel in further management training in the field and in graduate-level work.
