Position Overview

Menlo College School of Business seeks a Director of Graduate Enrollment & Partnerships to drive strategic enrollment growth and expand industry connections for our MS in Information Systems (MSIS) and MS in Financial Technology (MSFT) programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Enrollment Strategy: Drive innovative recruitment for MSIS and MSFT programs across domestic and global markets.
  • Forge Partnerships: Build pipelines through employers, alumni, and industry partners to support enrollment and career pathways.
  • Expand Global Reach: Represent Menlo at fairs, conferences, and international recruitment events.
  • Collaborate Internally: Align efforts with faculty, staff, and leadership to advance program growth.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Oversee the admissions pipeline and ensure a seamless journey from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Leverage Data: Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor progress and refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in graduate recruitment, admissions, or related fields.
  • Experience building partnerships between industry and academic programs.
  • Experience in STEM or business graduate programs and international recruitment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines that expand diversity and enrollment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with cultural competency to engage global candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment.
