Emebet Aklilu, Menlo College Class of 2016, is a dynamic leader across higher education and health care. As the Director of Operations for the UCSF School of Nursing, Emebet leads with a transformational approach, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. She spearheads strategic initiatives that cultivate equity, inclusion, and belonging across faculty, staff, and student communities.
