As a San Jose native, I’m deeply engaged in the sports scene throughout the Bay Area. This includes supporting professional leagues such as the NFL, MLS, NBA, WNBA, and MLB, as well as cheering on our very own Oaks—free for students! I also enjoy going on nearby hikes and walking along our beaches (though I should warn you, the water is quite cold).
The quad, which is where campus really comes together. I especially enjoy getting some warm sunshine and embracing the vibrant student life.
I love collecting soccer jerseys and currently have a collection of around 50 jerseys. Whenever I get the opportunity to travel I make it a goal of mine to at least purchase a jersey of one of the local teams.
