Casey Porter graduated from Notre Dame de Namur University in 2002 after pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political since. In 2000 Casey started as an Intern with Enterprise Rent-a-Car joined their Management Training Program in 2002. He has held various leadership positions throughout the organization including, Branch Manager, Area Manager and for the last 11 years has been a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role Casey recruits for their early talent internship program as well as their entry level Management Training Program.
Casey recruits at several Bay Area Colleges and Universities and is passionate about connecting under-represented students with the opportunities that Enterprise has to offer. As a first-generation college graduate, Casey understands the importance of opening doors for others and helping them develop their professional and personal identity. As a Talent Acquisition Manager Casey has acted as a trusted talent advisor to Senior leadership, while hiring over 1000 employees in the Bay Area.
