Advice for Prospective Students

Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask questions! Whether you’re wondering about financial aid, student life, or what it’s really like on campus, there’s always someone here willing to help. The more you engage, the easier it is to figure out if Menlo is the right fit for you.

Why I Chose Menlo

I chose Menlo because, as a first-generation student, I wanted more than just a degree—I wanted guidance, connection, and a community that gets it. Menlo delivered all that and more.

My Favorite Things to Do in the Surrounding Area

Around Menlo, you’ll find me at Bagel Street for breakfast or indulging in yummy pastries at Mademoiselle Colette. Downtown Palo Alto is great for restaurant hopping and catching some Friday night live music. Oh, and for matcha lovers like me, Maruwu Seicha is the place to be. Stanford Mall is my go-to when I want to browse or just chill for a bit.

My Favorite Spot on Campus

The quad—it’s the heartbeat of campus life. Whether it’s an event, music playing, or just people hanging out, it always feels alive.

Fun Facts About Me

I’ve been to 11 countries so far—travel is my favorite way to recharge and stay curious. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip, binging reality TV or true crime documentaries, discovering new restaurants with friends, getting lost in a bookstore, and enjoying a good matcha.
