Biography

Professor Dellande conducts research on consumer compliance behavior in long-term services, e.g., debt management, higher education, and health. In addition to her research and expertise on consumer compliance behavior, she exams consumer noncompliance, higher education as a luxury product, and racism and discrimination in the marketplace. She reviews for marketing conferences and journals, and publishes in their top outlets, e.g., Advances in Consumer Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of the Association of Consumer Research. Her academic affiliations include American Marketing Association, Association of Consumer Research, Marketing Ethnic Faculty Association. Her societal contributions include the Rotary Club, Irvine, membership pending.
