Your address is:

Your First and Last Name

Menlo College

1000 El Camino Real
Atherton, CA 94027

Once you receive your first piece of mail, you will receive a mailbox and the post office will e-mail you your mailbox number. Mailboxes can be opened from the Student Union.  Envelopes will be picked up in your mailbox; packages will need to be picked up at the post office during business hours.

Please know that non-standard shipping providers (other USPS, UPS, FedEx, sometimes Amazon) have new drivers delivering every day, and packages sometimes end up all over campus.  Menlo College Conference Services is not responsible for lost items due to a shipping provider not delivering to the Post Office.  You will need to discuss those issues with the company that shipped your item.

Shipping Perishables

Any package that arrives that is marked perishable or indicates that it should be refrigerated will be put in the Student Union refrigerator.

Amazon

  • Amazon packages should be sent to our Amazon locker on campus, Dugan.
  • Dugan lives in the back of the Student Union.
  • You will find Dugan listed on Amazon as the closest locker to Menlo College.
  • The Student Union is open 6:00am – 10:00pm

Emergency Next-Day Air Shipping – NOT AMAZON

If you need to have something delivered Next-day and it will arrive outside of Post Office hours, you may have the item shipped to the same address above, but attention: Admissions Office.  The Admissions Office is open 9:00am – 5:00pm and will hold your package for you for pick up.  Packages left after 5:00pm on Fridays will be moved to the Post Office for pick up the following week.

Food Delivery (DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats, etc)

Please have your food delivered to our Food Delivery Lockers, located on Alejandra Avenue in front of Kratt Hall.  Use the address:

Menlo College – Kratt Hall

45 Alejandra Avenue
Atherton, CA 94027

This will bring the driver to Kratt Hall, where there is a place for them to park temporarily.  In the delivery notes, ask the driver to place your food in the lockers near Kratt’s entrance and to inform you of the locker number, but do not lock the locker.  Be sure to pick up your delivery promptly!
